About Me

I have wanted to be a 'Chef' for most of my life. From the young age of 12, I used to cook for my family of 9.

I owe a lot to my mother who was a very good cook herself and who used to have her own cookery classes once a month. I used to hang around her demonstrations and collect all her leaflets...
