1 Minute Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Ingredients

400 g Powdered Sugar 

80 g unsweetened Cocoa Powder

150 g Softened Butter

100 g Boiling Water 

60 g Melted Dark Chocolate 75% cocoa 

1/2 tsp Salt 

Method

Either melt the dark chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. Add the butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, boiling water and melted chocolate into a bowl and hand mix.  After mixing it, refrigerate for 30 mts before rubbing on cake. Use a Spatula dipped in hot water to smooth the chocolate icing out.
