Strain into Dish

Ready to be put inf ridge

Keep overnight to set in fridge. It did not taste of too much coffee or too much chocolate!!

Decorate as you wish. Could be eaten with cream/fruits/custard.

NB: you can taste it and add more sugar if it is not sweet enough. If you want a lighter coffee taste reduce the coffee amount.

You can add condensed milk and cream for a richer version.

If you are not de-moulding the dessert and you are making it in individual cups or dishes use 10 g of gelatin which will be enough.

You can substitute gelatin with an equal amount of agar-agar instead.
