Ingredients
1 Apple
1 Egg
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1 zest of a Lemon
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Method
Grate the apple and keep aside till needed. Take a bowl and break in the egg add sugar and whisk by hand. Then add in the heavy cream, lemon zest and grated apple. Mix together nicely. Lastly sift in the flour and baking powder and mix to combine.
Take a fry pan apply oil and pour in two spoons of batter for each pancake. Cook till golden brown and turn over to fry other side.
This can enjoyed with jam/honey
NB: NO heavy cream?? don't panic use a substitute:
