Ingredients
500g Rectangle short crust pastry sheet (make your own or use shop bought)
50g butter
100g condensed milk
3 red apples
5g cinnamon powder
Method
Pre-heat oven to 220°C
Peel and slice apples, Melt butter in the microwave for around 10 minutes or until melted.
Take the pastry sheet, layout on baking paper, rub melted butter, then rub on the condensed milk then add the sliced apples in a row close to each other and cover the pastry sheet with the apples. Then roll up, as shown in the photo below and cut the roll into thick slices. Place them face upward and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
Start baking for around 10 minutes and lower the heat to 190°C and bake till golden brown around another 10 minutes.
