Ingredients For the apple pie filling you will need 4 apples

Put this in a pan and leave on medium heat till sugar has melted and apples are translucent and sauce thick.

10 slices white bread (depending on the number of people you have you can increase this)
1/3 cup melted butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Method Preheat oven to 180C degrees. Cut the crusts off bread and roll each slice flat with a rolling pin. Combine cinnamon and sugar on a plate. Put about 2 tablespoons apple pie filling on each slice of bread and roll up. Melt the butter in a dish and dip each piece into melted butter roll it to coat with butter and then put into the cinnamon sugar. Place seam side down in a greaseproof paper lined pan and bake 15 minutes or until browned and crispy. Serve warm with custard.
