Baked Potato Wedges


Ingredients

3 large Potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

1.5 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp red onion dried pieces

2 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp pepper powder

2/3 cup grated cheese (Emmental or Parmesan)

2 tbsp Fresh chopped parsley


Method

Preheat oven to 200°C


Line a baking pan with parchment paper and keep aside


Peel potatoes wash and cut into equal size wedges, Then cut each potatoes in half lengthwise and again cut each half in half lengthwise and again until you have 8 wedges. Then take a paper towel and dry them. Try to make them the same size. Put the potatoes into a bowl.



Take a small jug and combine the oil, garlic, onion salt, paprika and pepper. mix together and then add to the potatoes in the bowl and toss to coat evenly.



Then take the baking tray and layer the wedges in a single layer. Sprinkle half the cheese.


Bake for 35 minutes till crisp, golden brown and cooked through when tested with a fork.

After taking out of the oven sprinkle with parsley and balance cheese.


NB:Don't panic, if you don't have the mentioned cheeses use whatever is available.
