Ball making gadget for cutlets of any kind

Ingredients

this can be either beef, fish or chicken

Potatoes

Carrots

Onions

oil for tempering

Garlic and Ginger

Green chilies

curry leaves

salt pepper chili pieces chili powder

Lime juice to taste

Bread crumbs

Flour or egg wash

Method

You can use the bigger ball maker for things like potato croquettes. as something can be stuffed into the middle! Like potato around and minced beef in the middle Or cheese. The smaller one is good for fish, mince beef and chicken.

Boil the potatoes and carrots and mash and keep aside, Either take beef(minced) chicken(cut into fine cubes) or fish (mashed). Mix all this together, Put the oil in the pan and drop in the finely chopped onions, ground garlic and ginger, curry leaves, green chilies, salt, pepper, chili pieces and chili powder, mix all together nicely and then add in the potato and meat mix of your choice.

Now open the gadget and put in the amount you need into the small ball gadget and cover with the lid and tighten with your hand, now the ball is ready, add this into a Container and now roll in either egg wash/flour and bread crumbs.
