Cappuccino and Banana ice cream

No Ice cream machine needed


Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

½ cup cold brewed coffee

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Chocolate chunks for serving


Method

Add bananas, vanilla and cold coffee to a food processor and Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender.


Add cocoa powder and blend till well incorporated. Pour into a freezer container, sprinkle chocolate chunks and freeze for 2 hours solid. Thaw 5-10 minutes before scooping.
