Chicken Curry from BBQ marinated chicken


Ingredients

4 BBQ marinated Chicken Thighs

2 large Onions

1 tsp Fresh Ginger

1 tsp Fresh Garlic

2 green Chili

hand full of curry leaves

oil

1 Tbsp curry powder

1 Tbsp chili powder





Method

Slice the onions, crush the garlic and ginger, cut the green chili lengthwise.

Heat the oil in a pan and add onions, ginger, garlic, green chili and curry leaves. Fry nicely and then add in the cloves, cardamoms and cinnamon stick.



Then add the already marinated BBQ chicken - stir fry for a bit and then add your curry powder and chili powder. Close the pan and keep on medium high heat. When there is a little gravy add a bit more and keep to boil.



You could add a cup of thick coconut milk if you desire.
