Chickpea Flour Coconut Roti

Ingredients

1 cup Chickpea flour

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1 cup grated coconut

Salt

warm water a little













Method

Take a bowl and mix in the Chickpea flour and all purpose flour, then add in grated coconut and a little salt and slightly warm water. Mix to form a dough ball. Keep to rest for around half an hour. Then make balls and roll out on a floured board with a rolling pin or your hands into circle or squares. Brown on both sides till cooked through.
