Chickpea Flour Pancakes


Ingredients

1 cup Chickpea Flour

1 cup water

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp chili flakes

salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil


Method

Take a blender and all the ingredients and blend, keep aside for around 1/2 hour. Heat the oil in a non stick fry pan, pour in the mix and swirl. Flip over to brown the other side.




below on another day I added chopped onions and green chillies to the batter - its your choice any vegetables can be added.




This quantity made 10 pancakes.


NB: If the mix is too thick add more water to make it runny.
