Chili Chicken


Ingredients 1 ½ cups of cashew nuts (optional) 6-10 dried chillies 1 1/2 kg chicken breasts 4 table spoons all-purpose flour

Method for chicken Fry the cashew and keep aside. Break the chilli pieces fry and keep aside. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes, coat with flour and remove access flour and deep fry till golden brown and keep aside.

Method for the sauce 3 tbsp light soy sauce 1 ½ tbsp dark soy sauce 1 ½ tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp white pepper A pinch of salt ½ tbsp sugar 1 cup water Mix all ingredients in a bowl and keep aside till needed.

Ingredients

1 Garlic roughly chopped

2 red chillies deseeded and sliced

The made Sauce

½ cup oil

1 cup spring onions

5 onions cut into wedges


Method

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat add garlic and stir fry quickly until fragrant. Add sliced onions and stir fry until they are translucent. Add fried chicken pieces along with the fried cashew nut and dried chilli and give a stir. Pour in the seasoning sauce and the spring onions and sliced red chillies. Toss it well till the chicken pieces are well coated with the sauce. Serve with hot rice.
