Mould springform pan is best

Method

Add Butter and cook till thick. Cool completely. Pour over biscuits. Grease a mould and put the biscuit in and spread evenly.

In a saucepan add the milk, cocoa powder, sugar, cornflour and mix together, then Boil till thick whisking all the while. Then pour on top of biscuit and keep to cool.

Refrigerate and decorate as desired.

To unmould use a springform pan, so you can remove the side and easier to slice the dessert.

I made one with Biscoff/speculoos biscuits too.

for this one I used a silicon mould. And let the chocolate mix of the second step I poured into the mould to fill the crevices. Kept in the freezer for a bit and then added the balance biscuit and poured the chocolate over it and kept it to set.
