Chocolate Biscuit pudding - 3 method


Ingredients

750 ml milk (3 cups)

125g sugar (1/2 cup)

25g cocoa powder

7g Gelatine/Agar-agar

125g dark chocolates

Cookies /Nice biscuits


NB: This tastes more like a chocolate pudding than the other one which tastes like chocolate buttercream icing.




Method

Into a saucepan mxi together the milk with sugar and gelatine, sift in the cocoa powder add in the chocolate broken into cubes and cook on low heat until thick.

Then pour in one cup of chocolate mixture, cover with cookies and then pour over another cup of chocolate mixture. Keep adding biscuits and chocolate mixture till it reaches the top of the mould and cover with cling film and keep to set in the fridge for around 3 hours or overnight.

Unmould onto a dish and slice as required.
