Chocolate Cases with Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

Cooking chocolate

ice cube tray

a few chopsticks

fresh strawberries

chocolate mousse kindly see recipe 

*There are many recipes for chocolate mousse - select which ever one you like.


 



Method

put water in the ice trays, then break chopsticks in half and put in  tray and keep to set.



meanwhile melt the cooking chocolate either on a bain-marie or in the microwave and when the ice cubes are set and then slowly dip into the melted chocolate. Then lift up the stick with the ice cube. et voila you have a  chocolate cup. this can be filled with anything of your choice. 


I filled mine with chocolate mousse and decorated it with strawberries.
