Chocolate Cherry Nougat Squares

Ingredients
225 g marshmallow fluff
1 cup powdered sugar
30 ml cherry syrup
340 g milk chocolate
Method
Melt the milk chocolate and keep aside.
My tub of marshmallow fluff was 180g, so I added 75g Icing sugar and 22.5 ml cherry syrup. I used 200 g of milk chocolate couverture.
Take a bowl, add the marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, cherry syrup and fold until a thick, fluffy pink nougat forms.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 10 second intervals and take out and stir. Once ready add a layer of the melted into an old chocolate container with the melted chocolate and kept in fridge to set. Then I added a spoon of Marshmallow and kept it in fridge to set. Once set a poured another layer of chocolate on top and spread and kept to set. Once set I unmoulded them.

Et Voila! I had Chocolate Cherry Nougat Squares!
NB: Or press the mixture evenly into a lined square pan. Chill until firm enough to slice. Then you could cut the set marshmallows into rectangular bars. Dip each bar completely into the melted milk chocolate and leave it to set before serving. These would look like Bounty Bars!
