
Ingredients
1 small tin condensed milk 40cl
250gms desiccated coconut
200gms cooking chocolate slab
Method
Mix desiccated coconut with condensed milk in a bowl and keep overnight in the fridge. Take out of fridge and make small balls or in the shape of small peaks. Flavour if you wish with rum or almond
Warm chocolate pieces in a bowl over heated water (Bain Marie) and melt the chocolate.
Take a Chocolate dipping fork and spoon, put in one at a time and place to dry on oil paper
