Ingredients
350g Dark or Milk Chocolate
130g Unsalted Butter
100g Powdered Sugar (Optional)
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon Instant Coffee Granules (Optional)
Pinch Salt
250ml Cream - any kind
Method
Add all this into a saucepan and keep on fire on low heat. Pour into a dish and keep to cool in fridge, when thickened mix nicely and spread on cake with spatula. Decorate as desired.
