Chocolate Tulip-How to


Ingredients

white chocolate slab or Wilton's pink candy melts packet

chocolate colouring


Method

for the tulips

Break the white chocolate into pieces, put into a Pyrex or stainless steel bowl and keep this on top of a saucepan of warm water, with fire switched off. Do not stir, let it melt and then stir.


Then take a bowl and put a little white chocolate and add in a drop of red colour and mix.

Take a few spoons (around 12) and with a paint brush dab the colour onto the spoons, mix white and pink.

When set remove them. Take a green colour and add to a little white chocolate and brush onto a parchment paper the stems and keep to dry.

Once your cake or dessert is ready, place them to your liking.


This dessert contains a layer of biscuit as the base, a layer of jelly for the centre and either marshmallow dessert of white chocolate mousse for either side of the set jelly. Please see
