Ingredients
65g flour
65g sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
65g butter
35g dark chocolate (64% cocoa)
1 egg
5 tbsp milk

Method
In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and salt.
Melt the butter, leave to cool. Add the grated chocolate and stir. then add the egg and milk and add it to the flour mix and incorporate with an electric beater. I used a hand whisk.
When the pan is warm, add a spoonful into the centre and close the lid and it will spread. take out after 2 minutes and separate when cool. you can eat it with a dip - jam-chocolate- or sprinkle icing sugar or dip in glazed icing sugar and leave to dry.
NB: you can add coffee if you like to the chocolate mix
