Ingredients
1/2 pkt of grated Fresh Coconut
1 Onions
2 Green chilies
1 tsp Chili pieces
1 tsp Chili powder
Maldives fish (Optional)
Salt/Pepper to taste
1/2 a lime/lemon juice
Method
Chop the onions finely. Cut the green chilies into pieces. Either grate fresh coconut or buy a frozen packet of grated coconut.
Take a small grinder and grind the onion, chili, chili powder and flakes. Then add the coconut Into a food processor, add also the ground ingredients from the small grinder and the lime juice.
Taste to see if there is enough salt and lime juice. This can be made really spicy but some at home can't stomach it!! Hence the pale colour!
