(can be used as a cake base)
Ingredients
2 eggs
1½ cups plain flour or 210 g
1 tsp baking powder
¾ cup butter or 150 g, melted
½ tsp pineapple flavour essence
1 tin NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
Lemon zest, one small piece
¾ cup sugar or 150 g
Method
Pre heat oven to 175°C - Grease a 25cm round cake tin with butter and flour.
Add eggs, flour, baking powder, butter, pineapple flavour essence, NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk , lemon zest and sugar in to a mixer bowl and mix well until smooth then pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin.
Bake for 55 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
