Ingredients
2 stalks of Leeks
Liquid Cream
Parmesan Cheese
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil/Butter
Method
Wash and cut the leeks and then keep to drain. In a pan put the oil/butter and when heated add the leeks and keep stirring on low heat. When translucent add the cream and grated parmesan Cheese and mix. Add salt to taste. Your cream of leeks is ready.
You can use this as a base for your main courses by placing steamed or grilled salmon or chicken on it or as a side dish.
