Creamy Chipolata and Bacon Pasta

Ingredients

1 packet Pasta

5 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp All purpose flour

4 cloves Garlic

2 cups of chicken stock

1 cup of heavy cream

2 tsp Wooster shire sauce

a few drops of oil

500 g Chipolatas

a few rashes of Bacon

1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

add salt to taste at the end

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Method

Boil the Pasta as per the instructions on the packet, add salt into the water and when boiled, drain, do not rinse with cold water.

Fry the Chipolatas in half the butter add Wooster shire sauce, and brown nicely, add the bacon rashes cut into pieces and fry all till golden brown and keep aside.

Add the other half of the butter into the pan and when melted add the chopped cloves of garlic and fry then add in the flour and keep stirring. To this add the stock and keep stirring till flour is dissolved and it simmers, then add in the cream and when this slightly starts simmering and slightly thick take off the heat and add the pasta, sausages, bacon and mix nicely, Lastly top with parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve Warm.

NB: You could even use Noodles instead of Pasta. If you like to have Creamy mushroom and chicken Pasta you could use 24 oz button mushrooms quartered and 4 cups cook chicken chopped into bite size pieces instead of the chipolatas and bacon.
