Ingredients
1 Tin fish
4 big Potatoes
2 green chili (optional)
1 large onion
pepper
salt
1 juice of a lime
for the coating
bread crumbs
1 egg
salt and pepper
oil for deep frying
Method
Boil the potatoes, peel and mash. Open the tin fish drain the juice and put the tin fish into the mash potatoes. Chop the onion and slice the chili and add this to the mix. Season with salt and pepper and lime juice. You could pan fry it a little if you wish. Mix all together and make small balls.
In a bowl beat the egg, add salt and pepper. Put bread crumbs on a dish- roll the fish balls in the beaten egg and then roll in bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown. Drain.
This is a gadget to make either fish - Meat - Vegetable balls. - All will be the same size.
Deep fried Fish balls or Cutlets.
