Dorad Fish Bake (Mahi-Mahi)

Ingredients

4 slices of Dorad Fish

1 Lemon

a few Cherry Tomatoes

parsley

Chives

aneth (dill)

olive oil





Method

Pre heat oven to 180°C

Wash and dry the fish filets with a paper towel.

Place aluminium foil on a baking tray with enough foil falling over the tray to cover. Sprinkle the filets with pepper, salt, olive oil, lemon juice, a little Aneth, cut a little chives and Parsley. Drop in a few cherry tomatoes and close the foil over so that no liquid pours out.



Place in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. be careful when you open the foil as hot steam will escape.
