Easy Fudge

Ingredients

2 ½ cups sugar

¼ cup butter

1 small can (5 oz evaporated milk

1 jar (7 ½ oz) Marshmallow fluff

¾ tsp salt

¾ tsp vanilla

1 package (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate


Method

Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir over low heat until blended. Bring to boil over medium heat being careful not to mistake air bubbles for boiling. Boil slowly stirring constantly for 5 minutes (soft ball stage. Put a little water on a side plate and drop a little fudge, if it sets this is the soft ball stage).


Remove form heat, stir in vanilla and grated chocolate until melted. Pour into a buttered- 9"x 9" pan and cool.


Then cut squares. (I used a silicon square dish which is easier to un-mould) and I used a square sweet cutter.
