Easy Homemade Chili Sauce

my mums famous recipe to eat your boiled sweet potatoes/Mung bean/green gram

or short eats!!


Ingredients

Vinegar

Chili powder

salt

sugar


I usually don't measure, just taste it and see.

it should be a little on the thicker side, don't make it too liquidy.










Method

Take a small glass bottle pour in around 1 cup of vinegar, add in 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 tsp sugar and some salt. Mix all together. Taste and see if everything is enough if not add more salt or chili powder to your liking.



This can be kept for months just keep refilling the ingredients when the level gets low.
