Ingredients
1 fillet Salmon
butter
3 pips garlic
2 Onions
1 Pepper
200 ml Liquid Cream
handful of Spinach
1 Lemon
salt
pepper
Method
Cut the Salmon Fillet Diagonally both ways (Not too deep as it will break into small squares!!). Then keep a large pan on the fire add water to cover the salmon skin side down and boil for 2 minutes. With the help of two frying spoons carefully lift the salmon out and remove the skin from the salmon. Then throw away the water and wash the fry pan.
Season the salmon to taste. Grate the butter and garlic on to the salmon, then slice the salmon into around 4 slices. Add and fry the salmon on both sides for 5 minutes (turn over carefully to the other side). Once both sides are fried put into another plate.
