Easy Potato and Tuna Bake



Ingredients

3 large potatoes

water

1 tinned Tuna

1 onion

pepper and salt

1 tsp olive oil

2 Tbsp flour

1 1/2 cups milk

2 Tbsp butter

1 tsp oregano


Method

Pre heat your oven to 350°F.


Wash and peel your potatoes, then slice it into circles put in pan cover with water and add 1 tsp of salt, stir and boil. Cut the onion in half and then Slice the onion, add the oil in a pan and sauté the onions add the Tuna and mix for a bit.



in a small pan add the butter keep on fire till melted and add the flour and keep stirring to combine, then add the the milk a little at a time whilst stirring, then add 1 tsp of salt 1 tsp of black pepper and 1 tsp of oregano, stir very well.



Take a baking dish and spread a spoon of the flour mix at the bottom of the pan and place the boiled potatoes evenly on top, then add the sautéed tuna and onion and spread out on top of the potatoes. spread out the flour mixture on top of the onion mix. Then cover with grated Mozzarella cheese and bake in oven for 30 minutes.



NB: You can use sliced and cubed Ham (about 200g) instead of tinned Tuna.
