Easy Waffles - another method

Ingredients
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon salt
2 cups milk (room Temperature)
½ cup (113g) unsalted butter melted
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Method
Preheat the waffle iron. (keep it on high heat)
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a blender whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.

Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir together just until combined. Don’t over-mix the batter.
Grease the hot waffle iron with oil. Add about 1/3 cup of batter for each waffle to the hot waffle iron.

Cook until golden brown. Place on a wire rack until ready to serve so they stay crisp.
Do not pile on top of each other as the steam will make it soft.

To warm the waffles set the oven to 200°F and place the wire rack in the oven to keep the waffles warm.
NB: Can be eaten with either Sugar/fruits/Jams/Honey/Maple syrup/Chocolate spread or savoury stuff!!
