
Ingredients
a bunch of Fresh Onion Leaves
a handful of fresh coconut or desiccated coconut
1 or 2 green chilies
lime juice
pepper and salt
Method
Separate the leave, wash well so any hidden mud or sand will get washed away. cut them into small pieces (slices). Add the fresh or desiccated coconut, finely cut green chilies and salt, pepper, lime juice and mix well. Et voila your sambal is ready to have with your meal.
