Ingredients
1st lot of ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 egg
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Ginger powder
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp soya sauce
1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
2nd lot of ingredients
1/4 cup onion
2 Tbsp Parley/coriander leaves
1/2 cup chickpea flour
2 Tbsp rice flour
oil for frying
Method
wash and cut the breasts into cubes and put in a bowl. Then add the 1st lot of ingredients and mix well and keep to marinate for around 10 minutes. I kept it longer as I was only able to make it the afternoon with 2nd ingredient addition.
Then add the 2nd lot of ingredients and mix well.
Add oil to cover the chicken height on medium heat in a fry pan and shallow fry adding small potions of chicken mx. Take two fingers full and drop into the hot oil, don't over crowd the pan. Fry till golden brown turn over and fry again and take out and drain.
This can be eaten with any kind of dip.
