Christmas cake inside
Used a silicon mould in the shape of a snowman, poured the Christmas cake mixture and baked the cake. once cool I covered with a layer of marzipan and covered with a thin layer of white fondant. The hat, nose, eyes, mouth, scarf twisted with green and white fondant, hands and buttons were hand made with fondant, The cane is a ready made candy cane from a supermarket.
