Frozen Mint

To preserve fresh mint, put them into a zip lock bag and fill water (not to the top) Seal and freeze. When you need keep to defrost and you have fresh mint leaves.



you could also set this in an ice tray, a few leaves cover with water and freeze - so when you serve drinks you can drop in a few cubes.

Useful tip just got two bunches in the bag below and I am going to freeze it after washing it and then filling with water one bunch per bag as set out in your instructions thx
