Fudge Balls in Microwave

around 12 minutes

Ingredients

1 small tin Condensed Milk (397g)

1/2 cup sugar

2 tbsp Butter

1 tsp vanilla essence

raisins






Remember your Gloves - it can get very hot!!


Method

Take a microwave dish which is deep or more flat at the base. do not use the glass bowl as shown as it rises too often to the top and I had to keep opening the microwave to stir it.


It is safer to use a deep dish which has a wider base or a Pyrex jug.

Keep it in the microwave for 5 minutes, take out and stir and again put it back into the microwave for 5 minutes, take out add the vanilla essence and raisins and stir. And re-put into microwave for 2 minutes. You can see that it is getting thick - now pour into your prepared buttered dish and cut when cool.


I kept it to set, I cut squares and made them into the shape of balls so that the outside was crusty and the inside was gooey!!
