Ginger Honey Glazed Prawns

Ingredients
1 lb Prawns
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp oil for frying
For the Honey Ginger glaze
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
Method
First wash peel and devein the prawns. In a bowl season Cornstarch with Paprika, Garlic powder, salt and pepper. Coat the prawns with a thin layer of cornstarch and pan fry for 2 minutes on each side. Remove and keep aside till you make the sauce.

For the sauce - take a bowl add in soya sauce honey, oyster sauce, grated ginger and minced garlic.

Put the sauce into the fry pan on high heat for another 1 or 2 minutes. Add the prawns back into the pan and toss on high heat for around 2 minutes until the sauce coats the Prawns.

You can garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds if you wish.
Can be served with rice or noodles.
