Mustard paste

Method
Roll out the pastry to a rectangle, rub mustard paste on it, then layer a piece of Ham and on top a piece of cheese, and keep adding pieces of ham and cheese till you cover the whole sheet. Then roll it till the cheese and ham are hidden inside. (like a swiss roll) Roll out to a cylindrical shape and then then slice the roll start from one corner. Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake at 180 F for 12 - 15 minutes.
