Homemade Christmas Chocolate Bark



Ingredients

Slabs of Chocolate milk, dark and white

smarties

jellies

gummy bears

mini marshmallows

sprinkles

M&Ms

mini oreo cookies


Items needed

baking tray

parchment paper

tooth pics



Method

Take a cookie tray and lay parchment paper or a silicon mat. Then place the chocolate slabs next to each other.


Set the oven at 170°C and put the tray in for 12 minutes till you see the chocolate melting. See that the milk chocolate is melted as this takes the longest to melt.


Take the tray out and take a tooth-pic and either draw circles or criss-cross design on the melted chocolate. (do not go too deep into the chocolate as it will seperate here when set). Then sprinkle any kind of add ons of your choice on to the melted chocolate and keep it to set.


When it is sets break in to pieces or take a knife and cut into different sized triangles.



Since I was giving these as gift packs got some see through bags with gold ribbon



NB: I used mini smarties, I think the bigger box would be better as the colours of the smarties are darker.
