Nothing like a Flower Cake for the horticulturist in your life...
Ingredients
12 mini cupcakes
Butter icing
You will need for assembly
Vase
Foam board or florist foam
Green tissue paper
Toothpicks
Cello tape
Method
Take a vase and stuff the bottom with paper, then on top cut a piece of foam from the board, wrap this with cling foil. cover this with a piece of green tissue paper. Paste the sides of the tissue paper to the vase with cello tape in about four places. then prick the toothpicks. Then pierce each cupcake with a toothpick and make it look like a bouquet of flowers.
Make 12 mini cupcakes - it can be any flavour of your choice. Make butter cream icing,
colour it pink or add colouring when beating using any colour of your choice.
Ice the cupcakes using a star nozzle or either Tip 1M or 2D, start icing from the centre and move outwards.
