Recipe from my late BIL Nilhan De Silva
Ingredients
100 gm Nescafe
1 pint boiling water
4 tins condensed milk small size
15 tins water
1/2 Ib sugar
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp good brandy Remy Martin if available
Method
Put the 100 gm Nescafe to a large jug and pour in 1 pint boiling water to dissolve the coffee and then pour in the 4 tins condensed mike small size. Then wash out the tins with water total of 15 tins water(empty condensed milk tin size). Then add 1/2 Ib sugar stir till dissolved and add vanilla essence and good brandy Remy Martin if possible.
