Japanese Pearl dessert


Ingredients

Coconut milk

Pearls of Japan (tapioca seed or sago)

Mango puree (Alphonso)

Fresh Passion fruit/Mango pieces


Method

Scoop out the seeds of Passion fruit or cube mango and keep aside.

Take sago or tapioca seeds and soak them in water. When bloated put a tablespoon of sugar and keep on fire when they turn translucent add the coconut milk.

Take a few glasses or dishes and first put in two teaspoons of Mango puree.

then add the Tapioca and on top either top with fresh mango cubes or passion fruit seeds.
