Katta Sambal/Spicy Chili Sambal

Good to be eaten with Milk Rice/String Hoppers/Roti (flat bread) or Hoppers


Ingredients

2 oz Dry Chillies or pieces

2 oz Onions

1/2 oz Maldives Fish pieces

salt and lime to taste


Method

Finely chop the onions, then into a dry grinder add the chillies, onion and Maldives fish and grind together, Then add the the salt and lime juice to taste. Put into a bottle or dish.
