Lollipop Wraps

Aperitif for parties


Ingredients

12 Tortillas wheat

Fresh cheese spread

baby Spinach leaves

slices of Smoked Salmon

slices of ham


Tooth picks or wooden skewers


Method

Spread a tortilla wrap with fresh cheese spread, Then lay the baby spinach on top. Place another tortilla wrap on top and add on the slice of smoked salmon. Then roll the tortilla wrap tight. Cut into 5 pieces and place a toothpick on each. so it is like a lollipop.



You can do this with what ever you have. Use ham or roast beef or even mashed tin fish.



Prepare the wraps half a day ahead and keep fresh in the refrigerator. You could either wrap a cling film around it and cut later or wrap in towel and keep in fridge covered.
