Ingredients
1 cup Mango Puree or 2 fresh mangos
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 tin Condense milk
Method
Put the desiccated coconut in a saucepan and roast the desiccated coconut on a slow flame stirring from time to time.
You could peel and cut 2 ripe mangoes and put in blender and blend and get 1 cup of puree or you can use a mango puree tin.
In a stainless still bowl add the mango puree and the condensed milk and the roasted coconut and stir well.
Then make small balls and roll again in a bit of desiccated coconut to cover each ball.
put in cupcake paper cases and keep to chill in fridge.
Your easy dessert is ready.
