Mango Jelly


Ingredients

3 Fresh ripe Mangoes

Strawberry Jelly or any flavour

Cream

Grapes and mint leaves for decoration


Method

slice a few mangoes, cut cubes and keep aside

Take one mango and puree in a blender

Make the jelly as per instructions on the box and leave to set in either a large dish or individual glasses as shown in photo. Whip the cream and keep in fridge till needed.


Once the jelly is set add a layer of pureed mango, top it with cream and put in a few pieces of fresh mango. Decorate with a grape cut in half and a leaf of mint.
