Mango Mousse Pudding

This recipe was given to me by Shanthi Akka Toronto

Ingredients

1 can/tin mango pulp

2 peach Jello mix (jelly packets)

1 tub of cool whip (cream) you can use

500g Whipped Cream instead


Method

Empty the packets of Jelly mix into a jug and mix with one cup of water. In a bowl beat mango pulp and add Jello mix and cool whip and alternately beat together.


You can also add mango pieces, peach sliced and orange bits and passion fruit seeds if you like.
