Marshmallow Dessert with Fruits

Ingredients

2 egg whites

½ cup sugar

2 tsp Gelatine powdered

½ cup warm water

2 tsp vanilla

fruits cherries and strawberries


Method

Put the hot water into a bowl and add the gelatine stir and let sit. In a mixer use the egg whisk and beat the whites of egg till nearly stiff and gradually add the sugar till all is used up. Then add the melted gelatine gradually. Lastly add the vanilla.


Now it is ready you can either put into a glass dish the plain white marshmallow half fill, layer fresh fruit, strawberries or cherries and top with the balance marshmallow. Then decorate the top to your liking.
