Marshmallow Pudding

Ingredients

2 egg whites

½ cup sugar

2 tsp Gelatine powdered

½ cup warm water

2 tsp vanilla

2 types of colouring if desired

Butterscotch or caramel sauce



Method

Put the hot water into a bowl and add the gelatine stir and let sit. In a mixer use the egg whisk and beat the whites of egg till nearly stiff and gradually add the sugar till all is used up. Then add the melted gelatine gradually. Lastly add the vanilla.


Now it is ready you can either put into a glass dish the plain white marshmallow and cover it with butterscotch and fruits or colour it half pink, put in to a glass dish put in fridge to set and then colour the other half green and put on top of the pink layer. Let your imagination run riot!!
